We operate a 3-month grace window from date of application for members to meet eligibility criteria, so each member’s listing shows where they are in the eligibility process: full member, in-progress, or out of membership – on hold.

To meet criteria, each franchisor member must: have at least one person from their head office team trained as a Mental Health First Aider (per 50 people across the network), include our mental health training in their franchisee induction training and have a live wellbeing policy in place. 

Holding Franchise Well Accreditation demonstrates the franchisor’s commitment to supporting the people within their brand, tangibly and proactively. It shows their dedication towards recognising the importance of mental health in business and improving the standard of mental health and wellbeing support in franchising.
