Not to worry, we'll help you get there and you have a 3-month grace window to meet criteria from the date you apply, and we can support you to get to standard. During this time you will be listed as 'in-progress' on the live directory.
One member of your head office must be trained as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) per 50 people. 1 MHFA per 25 people is recommended for higher-risk sectors, eg. care.
You can complete this training with us.
Our franchisee training should be included as part of your new franchisee onboarding process for all new franchisees.
(It's included in your accreditation fee, so there is no extra charge and also means you can use your franchise fee to help fund the accreditation cost)
You must have an active wellbeing policy in place for your franchisees and HO team, reviewed annually.
(We can provide a template for this as part of your accreditation if you don't already have one).
